    DO NOT BUY. I’ve barely used this belt. … DO NOT BUY. I’ve barely used this belt. Probably about 6 times. Was doing pull-ups today hanging 60lb and the chain snapped where the ring to attach it is and almost fell on my foot.

    Incredibly sturdy feeling, comfortable as well! I have been looking for a dip belt for a while now. Read many reviews and eventually settled on this one; I’m very happy I did.I was going to get a nylon one, thinking it would be the most comfortable, but even that manufacturer recommended to only use with 45 pounds of weights or less. I wanted something that will continue to work for me as I progress which is why I searched for a leather belt that can handle more weight.If you find yourself having to do 15+ dips or pull-ups/chin-ups with bodyweight just to feel the burn, then I would definitely recommend getting a dip belt. Find a weight that makes you work for 10 reps and progress from there.For reference, I’m 6’1″ and 195 pounds / 34″ waistPros:-The leather feels VERY sturdy and of good quality.-The metal loops and chain leave little doubt in my mind that this belt can handle a high amount of weight.
