I won’t workout without it! So I have not used a weightlifting belt in a few years but I have recently begun more heavy lifting. I ordered this belt purely on price at first and turned out to be pleasantly surprised by the quality as well. The belt is incredibly easy to use. I have seen others that have some annoying straps or even laces but this is one simple velcro strap through a loop. And even though it’s simple, it’s effective. It did not slip off me. The belt does take a couple used to break in but once you’ve broken it in it is extremely comfortable and provides great support.I use this belt each time I workout and it’s been the best belt I have used. I recommend using the sizing chart they provide. This way you know you are getting proper support. The product has a pretty sleek design too. It looks good when wearing it. Not one of those ugly off color rugged looking belts. The sleek black color allows you to look good wearing it also. A little extra perk.
Quality belt that can keep your back in place!! I had purchased this belt for my father, as his doctor had advised him to begin an exercise routine to maintain his health. He regularly do cardio on the treadmill and go for jogs, but his back problem had become a deterrent for him to lift weights.Due to this, I decided to invest in a back brace that would allow him to safely begin training with weights.
