Look 5 inches slimmer with this waist trainer I had 26 inches waistline and went up to 32 inches postpregnancy. Iâm trying to slim down to my prepregnancy waistline so I bought this Neoprene Sauna waist trainer corset vest to speed up my weight loss. I got the small one and it fit perfectly. It feels soft and comfortable. This is perfect for workout. It helps me sweat much more than before. Iâve noticed that it helps in my posture as well so Iâm using it more as an under garment. I love how it makes me look slimmer when I wear tight shirts. It also keeps my upper torso warm so I donât have to wear thicker jacket. I think the material used for this waist trainer is same with a wetsuit/diving suit. I suggest to wash it thoroughly by hand to remove the chemical odor from the fabric and wash it after every use. Really helps you sweat! I love this waist trainer. It is very comfortable and I like that it is not too tight. Some waist trainers are so uncomfortable that you cannot wear them for too long, but I have been able to keep this one on for most of the day. I have also used it two times for outdoor walks and it really did help me sweat. I did read the previous reviews about the snug fit, so I went one size up. However, I wear a 14 and bought an XL, but a L would have fit just fine.
