Diet and exercise if you want to trim your waist OK but you won’t lose weight just by wearing it and it doesn’t give you a chest and six pack like the guy in the picture but hey, how many of these would they sell if someone, old and fat, like me was modeling it. What it does do is to temporarily hold in the blubber at the expense of breathing restrictions (maybe I’ve got mine too tight) and also it does give good back support. I did find that the top and bottom edges tends to roll over the more you wear it but is this any different than others in the market? not in my experience. Overall it’s ok but I’m not convinced if, without taking other actions, this will have any long term effect on shaping the waist but as I said good back support and it does hold the gut in at least when you’re wearing it.
Best in the market! Been using similar belts when working out for years and this is the best! The thickness, quality and Velcro are of high quality. Definitely will be buying more in the future…Update: I use this belt when I play racquetball 4-5 times a week and started tearing apart after 8 months. I still think for the cost and constant use in my case was well worth the money.
Loved it but only last for 5 months. This is the best ever. Soft and comfy to wear. The strap does not poke me or anything like the other binders. Loved itUpdate: After 5 months of used, the rubber side splits in half. Although I was still able to use it but I better buy another one that is moreof high quality. This will be garbage.
